Makai noo saag
Source : Samrat Restaurant, Mumbai
Items : Corn / Baby corn, capsicum, corn flour, milk, black pepper, green chillie, salt, cheese.
Recipie :
Make white sauce. (Let the milk come to a boil. Add the corn flour to some cold milk to make a thick paste. Add the thick paste to the boiling milk. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Add salt and black paper. Let it cool). Cook corn and capsicum in pressure cooker. Put this along with finely chopped green chillies in a bowl. Add white sauce. Add some grated cheese. Bake in microwave for about 10 minutes.
Momo

Items : Ukadichya modakachee ukad (rice flour), corn flour, green chillie, any two / three vegetables (flower, carrot, capsicum, green peas, corn, corrionder etc.), black pepper, salt.
Recipie :
Finely chop all the vegetables. Crush green peas, corn etc. Cook slightly by addingly finely chopped green chillies and corrionder. Add black pepper, salt, lemon. The mixture should have a taste of its own. Mix a little bit of corn floor with rice floor. Make a dove. Make purees (not fried). Put the mixure in each of the puree. Close to the purees and close the edges (murudeechee karnajee). Take pressure cooker. Put a chalni in it, add water and let it come to a boil. Put the momos in a plate. Put the plate on the chalni in the cooker. Let it cook for 10 minutes or so. Serve with any spicy chutney.
Tomato Shev Sabjee

Items : Mughalai masala (or any such masala), tomato, onions, milk, red chillie powder, butter, salt, any spicy shev(Bhujia) (Haldiram or Chitale), corrionder
Recipie :
Fry mughalai masala in butter. Add finely chopped onions. Fry. Add finely chopped tomatoes. Let it cook for a while. Add milk, chillie powder, salt. Let it cook for a while. Before serving. Add some shev. Mix well. Again add some shev and chopped corrionder. Serve with roti or paratha.
Spanish Rice

Items : Olive oil, garlic, kesar, tamalpatra, chillie powder, salt, black pepper, onion, tomato, simla mirch, rice, prawns and chicken (substitute corn / baby corn and paneer / egg)
Recipie :
Cook corn / baby corn in water. Keep that water. Soak rice in water and keep it aside. Fry garlic in oil. Halffry paneer / egg . Keep it aside. Fry finely chopped onions in oil. Put half tamalpatra. Fry again. Put finely chopped tomatoes in it. Put corn / baby corn water in it. Let it come to a boil. Grind fried garlic, raw garlic, kesar, chillie powder, black pepper, salt and oil to a fine paste. Add that paste to the boiling onion/tomato/water. Put rice, corn / baby corn, paneer / egg and chopped simla mirch into the boling water. Let it cook. Serve hot.
