Field Office
Use any of the emotion icons with Cook. Go to your office and sit down at your desk, your phone will ring so answer it. Take the case files off your desk, open your desk drawer and get your ID, handcuffs and gun. Go to Cook's office and ask him about the 'big guy' from DC. Go to Shanks' office to meet Skinner.
Question Skinner about everything. Open the file Skinner has given you and flick through it until you find the photograph of Mulder and Scully. Use the travel requisition form on Shanks, ask Shanks what you should do with your current cases, he will tell you to give them to Cook. Leave the room, Cook will approach you in the corridor, use any emotion icon to respond to his question. Go to Cook's office, tell him Shanks has told you to hand your cases off to him then give him your case files, show him the travel requisition and the photograph of Mulder and Scully. Ask him why they didn't contact the field office. Go to the meeting room, open the equipment cabinet and take all the equipment. Go to your office, look at your notice board. Use your computer, log on as Craig Willmore, the password is Shiloh, send an APB on Mulder and Scully. Leave your office, you will meet Skinner in the corridor. Leave the field office and go to the Comity Inn.
Comity Inn
Show your ID to the receptionist then tell her that you are looking for information on two FBI agents. Ask her for the registration number of their car. Ask her about everything else then ask to be shown to their rooms. In Mulder's room look at the file on the bed, the sunflower seeds, the copy of The Lone Gunman. Look at the phone and get the copy of From Outer Space that is beside it. Go into Scully's room and get her laptop. Go to the receptionist, speak to her and use the phone icon to get a list of outgoing calls. Use your cellphone to call the Washington DC number. Go to the field office.
Field Office
Go to your office and log on to your computer, use the ING to trace the Seattle phone number (206-555-0182), this will give you an address for the dockside warehouse.
Dockside Warehouse
Walk up to the main door, use your lockpick on the lock and enter the warehouse. Find the bullet embedded in a beam (near the barrels), use
your field kit on the bullet to retrieve it. Look down to see some blood, use your field kit to get a sample of the blood.
In the nearby vicinity you will also find a Morley cigarette butt, use your field kit to collect it. Go to the small room where Skinner went, use your flashlight and go up the stairs. Take the crowbar out of the toolbox at the top of the stairs, go back down. Go back into the main area of the warehouse, find the crates and use the crowbar to open one of them. Collect some of the black powder using your field kit. Go back to the small room and find Skinner, talk to him about everything and use all your idea icons on him. Leave the warehouse and go to the waterfront where you will see a docked boat. Go to the owner of the boat and show him your ID.
Ask him about everything and use all your idea icons on him. Go back to your car, approach the Sedan and try and take a photograph of it (if you fail don't worry it isn't essential). Go to the crime lab.
The Crime Lab
Talk to the lab technician (Amis). Submit all your evidence to him. Go to the field office.
Field Office
Go to the meeting room. Ask Skinner why you were being followed, use all of your idea icons on him, Shanks will come into the room and tell him that he has a phone call. Skinner will answer the phone and leave. Go to your office and sit at your desk, Cook will enter, talk to him. let him take the laptop (if you don't you'll just put it in the evidence cupboard yourself). Go to the Dockside warehouse.
Dockside Warehouse
Wait until the men are inside the warehouse and they have closed the door. Go to the waterfront and use your lockpick on the back door of the warehouse. Enter the warehouse, turn your flashlight on and walk down the corridor until you see the men taking boxes from a trapdoor. Do not approach them, use your binoculars. When they leave search the trapdoor. Go home.
Willmore's Apartment
Enter your apartment, look around and use the stereo if you wish. Go to your bedroom and sleep.

Go to the field office.
Field Office
Approach Cook and wake him up, he will tell you to check if anything is missing so check the evidence cupboard. Your phone will ring so answer it and speak to Pendrell. When Cook comes into your office ask him how he knew about Wong. Tell him that you did not tell him about Wong. Question him about the 'attack' and Scully's laptop, when he leaves go to the warehouse.
Dockside Warehouse
Show your ID to the officer at the crime scene barrier to be let in. Talk to the Medical Examiner about everything. Question the photographer and ask for copies of the photographs. Approach Detective Astadourian (Asta). Tell her your name and that you work for the FBI. Be honest with her about your case. Ask her everything you can about the murder. Eventually she will invite you aboard the boat. Go in the cabin, open the cupboard and examine the pills (click on them), find the slicker bearing the name Tarakan, leave the cabin. Talk to Asta, use all your idea icons on her and the Harbour Master will approach. Question him about everything and use all of your idea icons on him. He will offer to show you to the Tarakan. When he leaves use your PDA to go to the Impound dock.
Impound Dock
Board the Tarakan, you need to find five pieces of evidence before you can progress so some exploration is required here. The first piece of evidence is some crates stored in the hold, once you find them examine them to see the Eagle logo. The second piece of evidence is found in a trunk found at the far end of a corridor in the hold. Find the trunk, open it and get the metal sphere. The third piece of evidence is a logbook found on a table in one of the cabins, pick it up. The fourth piece of evidence is a payroll manifest found in an open safe, near the computer in the other cabin, collect this. The fifth piece of evidence is some strange shadows burned into the hull of the cabin exterior, examine them. Go to the wheel room to meet Asta. Examine the area to one side of her to see some fingerprints, examine them closely and phone Amis (his number is stored in your cell phone). Use the 'shadows' idea icon on her to show her the human figures etched into the hull. Return to the wheel room and use your 'sphere' idea icon to show her your find. Use your 'payroll manifest' idea icon to show her the manifest, agree to let Seattle PD do the translating (or ask her nicely to let the FBI handle it). If you have done everything correctly then Mendoza (the police officer from earlier in the game) will arrive and tell you that the coroner has finished her autopsy so go to the Coroner's office.
Coroner's Office
Enter the main area. Examine the body and the trays on the table beside it. Talk to the coroner (Truitt), use your 'drugs' idea icon on her. Question her about everything (make sure you mention the bullet). After you have questioned her in depth the Tarakan will appear as an idea icon, so click on it. Ask about the FBI agents. When Truitt discovers the missing bodies and leaves answer Asta with whatever response you wish. Go to the crime lab.The Crime Lab
Speak to Amis, use the 'fingerprints' idea icon and submit all of your evidence to him. Go home.Willmore's Apartment
Enter your apartment. Check your answering machine. Log on to your computer, if you wish run to the registration of the Sedan that you photographed earlier through the ING but it isn't really necessary. Run a search on the 'Media' index for 'Tarakan'. Check your e-mail, read the message from Amis and run the attachment through the ING. The FBI database finds a match. Exit the computer. Someone will knock on your door, answer it. Respond to Cook in whatever way you wish, use the 'fingerprints' idea icon. Go to the warehouse.
Dockside Warehouse
Quickly enter the truck, leave by the opposite door. Go back into the truck, open the glove compartment and get the paper bag. Quickly leave by exiting the right hand door. When the truck drives away go home.
Willmore's Apartment
Enter your apartment and go to sleep.Day ThreeWillmore's Apartment
Asta will wake you up, speak to her. Ask her everything you can about the video. After you watch the video respond to her question anyway you like. Examine the payroll log she hands you, collect your fax and give it to her. Use all of your idea icons on her. When she tells you to go to the Coroner's office ask if you can shower first. Go through the gap in the fence and enter the building. Enter the office and get the shovel. Get the book from the floor. After you are attacked quickly use the shovel on the ventilation grill. After you escape try to kiss Asta if you wish, Ask Asta about the man who attacked you, tell her it looked as if he was being controlled by something. Use all of your idea icons on her. Go to the field office.Field Office
Go to the meeting room, talk to Cook, tell him that somebody should call Asta. Go to Smolnikoff's warehouse.Smolnikoff's Warehouse
Ask Cook to cover you and draw your weapon. Enter the warehouse, shoot three men on the first floor. Go up the stairs and turn to face the railing and shoot the man that walks towards you. Turn to face the boarded door and shoot through the holes between the boards when a fifth man passes. Find the seconds stairway and go down. After Cook tells you to secure the area go back to the first floor. Go to the back, lefthand corner and find the payroll manifest (examine it) and the gun (collect it). Go to the Crime lab.
The Crime Lab
Speak to Amis, submit the gun to him. Go back to Smolnikoff's warehouse.
Smolnikoff's Warehouse
Ask Smolnikoff about the plutonium and about the fact that his gun shot Scully. Use all of your idea icons on him. When Cook leaves your phone will ring so answer it. Go home.
Willmore's Apartment
Enter your apartment. Somebody will knock at the door so answer it. Asta will enter,
you can try to placate her but no matter which approach you use she will remain angry.
During your argument the phone will ring and the answer machine will record a
message from X arranging a meeting. After Asta storms out go to sleep.
Willmore's Apartment
Go to Sand Point Naval Station.

Turn around and go through the door on the right, X will approach you, if you wish use an emotion icon. Give him your word and question him. Be very careful not to antagonise him, as he loses his temper quickly and the results are
fatal. When he leaves turn to see Asta. Go to the hospital.
Hospital
Tell the nurse that you are looking for Dana Scully. Tell her that you work for the FBI and show her your ID, tell her that Scully's superior is named Skinner.If you wish question her about Scully's health. Enter Scully's room. Try and calm Scully, when she threatens to call for help select the stiletto to show it to her. Question Scully about everything and use all of your idea icons on her. Go to rural route 1121.
Rural Route 1121
Find the telegraph pole and climb it, turn to your right and use your binoculars. Climb down and make your way to the box car. Enter the boxcar, look around and then leave. Question the homeless man. Eventually he will offer you some 'stuff' from the boxcar and make you guess what it is that he is offering. It is a videotape so make sure your guesses lead you to that conclusion. Go to the field office.
Field Office
Insert the videotape into your tape drive. Capture a still from the video and try to match it using the ING. You will find a match on the military database. When the video conference request appears press 'Connect'. Question the Lone Gunmen about everything. Check your e-mail using your PDA, read the e-mail from the Lone Gunmen and click on the attachment. Travel to Rauch's house in Alaska.
Rauch's House
Enter the house and go up the stairs. Try to wake Rauch, go to the far end of the room and turn around. Examine the dangling skeleton and pull it. Climb up the ladder into the attic and question Mulder about everything. After you have done this your cell phone will ring so answer it, as you prepare to leave two NSA agents will arrive at the cabin. Go outside to the two agents, you can either shoot them or run into the woods and find a tree with a crawl space underneath it and hide there. If you hide you will automatically steal the NSA agents' car. If you have shot the two agents then go into your own car.NSA Facility

While in the facility keep your gun drawn at all times (unless otherwise stated) and shoot guards on sight. Use any of the various computers to call up a map of the facility to ascertain yor location. Refer to the map above for this part of the solution, all of the locations are marked with a red dot with a number beside them. Go to point 1 on the map (shoot the guard guarding the door first) to find Mulder.
Holster your gun, tell Scully to run. If you wish (it isn't essential) go to point 2 (don't get too close to the medical cabinet in the large room).
Talk to Scully, tell her what you think is wrong with Mulder. Draw your gun and kill the guard. If you wish (again not necessary but interesting) go to point 3 on the map. Pick up the cattle prod. When Cook attacks you grab the prod and zap him, do NOT use your gun, otherwise you cannot finish the game. Go to point 4 on the map. Look at the panel behind Scully and pull the green button to operate the isolation chamber. Go to the isolation chamber (point 5 on the map) and open both doors (press the button at each end). Go to the control room (point 6) and press the life support entry button. Go to point 7 on the map (the door will now be open).
Scully will offer you a choice of directions. Go right, walk forwards until you find the guard and shoot him. Take his key and turn around and run forward until you have passed through the isolation chamber. Turn around and close the door to trap Mulder. When Cook throws you against the blast door and tells you to turn the key, quickly throw the stiletto to Scully to finish the game.
