LOVEBIRDS:Billy and Mackenzie from YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS.

THE SETUP:Last year, Billy and Mac embarked on a sweet romance. Alas, his disaproving mama and teen temptress Brittany busted up the cute two-some. Now there back together but neither Mom, nor Brittany are giving up so easily......

DR. GILDA SAYS:"My Gilda-Gram for this is: friends first, lovers later. Billy and Mac have already invested in a huge friendship. Because of that, they know each other alot better then a normal couple would. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the best.) I give this one a 5 to last the summer. Beyond that, who knows?

50 MOST ROMANTIC COUPLES AT SOAP CITY.COM

#44 BILLY ABBOTT AND MACKENZIE BROWNING

Their First Encounter: Fresh out of a homeless shelter, reformed teeenage runaway Mac Browning had just learned that Kay was her grandmother. She was living at the Chancellor mansion when Billy Abbott came to town for what was suppsed to be a quick visit with his mother, Jill. A close encounter was inevitable, since Kay and Jill shared the mansion (each had their own monogrammed growls).

Their Most Romantic Moment: Mac was a surprise winner at the high school prom and crowned queen of the fete, while Billy won the title of king. The royal couple shared a special dance. (Billy's debutante date, Brittany, fumed!)

Their Hottest Kiss: After the prom, Billy sneaked over to the Chancellor estate and stationed himself outside Mac's bedroom window. When she saw him and rushed into his arms, they shared a kiss that was magical - and memorable.

Their Coolest Caper: Lying to Jill that they had broken up seemed to work. (FYI: Jill loathed Mac from the minute she set foot in the house.)

Their Favorite Hideaway: When looking for a little alone time, these two kids like to sneak away to the Abbott pool house.

Their Most Perilous Stunt: While at a rave, Mac got wind of some bad drugs being distributed and she moved heaven and earth to make sure Billy didn't harm himself.

Their Biggest Jam: Things got a little scary when they found themselves trapped in an elevator.

Their Special Song: Actually, these two have a few, but "Love Will Find A Way" by Christina Aguilera is up there.
Their Worst Enemy: Billy's mother, Jill, can't stand to see her son with the granddaughter of her longtime nemesis, Katherine Chancellor. But Brittany, Billy's ex-girlfriend, is a Jill-in-training, so watch out.

Their Bleakest Separation: Brittany tricked Mac into thinking that she and Billy were having sex, so a broken-hearted Mac broke up with him.

Their Sweetest Reunion: Their adventure on the elevator led to the air finally being cleared between them, giving their love another chance.

Where They Are Now: They are back together and trying to make a go of their relationship despite the constant interference they are still up against. They are unaware that Brittany, who has ingratiated herself back into their lives, is out to destroy them.

That's all for now. Sorry! They haven't had much about the couple lately. But if I see a mag that has more stuff, I'll get it, and write some more. Thanks for reading!
