		Phelan is the Mysterious Knight, the Dark Warrior.  DW (Darkwing Duck?!?)  is the sworn protector of the Princess of Venus and ally of the Scouts.     During the Silver Millenium, he was hired on by the King of Venus to protect his beloved daughter from the danger that lie ahead.  Having failed that mission, he follows her EVERYWHERE (well, not everywhere, she still has her house as a sanctuary...)     He holds the title of Junior Kick-Boxing Champion of Tokyo and has tremendous skill with sias, katanas, the bo, stars, and all other ninja weapons that come to mind ("there is only one way, the way of the dragon").  Having a solid home-life, he doesn't have many quirks (aside from stalking Mina!).  He has a doctor father, an executive mother, and a sweet grandmother he lives with, untl he deems it necessary that he must live down the hall from Mina... in which case he lives alone.     He lacks social skills making him an outcast at school.  He may be shy, but he is very eloquent when he choses to be and uses that talent to get him out of scrapes with the Scouts.  His only friend is Chad, and also is the drummer in Chad's band .
