Mina was living with her mother and father in England when she was found by the white Guardian cat, Artemis.  She became Sailor V, and fought crime for a year before coming to Tokyo to join with the other Scouts.  She speaks English fluently, is very likable, cares very deeply for her family, her friends, and for small children, enjoys shopping, likes romantic action movies (Bond, anyone?), and is very mischevious. Mina is in eighth grade at the private Grass Valley Junior High, and lives with her family in Tokyo.
