61.NAMAVALI-CONFIRMS!

The 'Yasah (fame), of the 'Kaaya (body),which Baba has now taken
on, has spread far and wide. In essence the name, fame, wisdom, message, Grace,
greatness and the glory are exactly same as those at Shirdi, yet the expanse
from Parthi has a wider coverage due to contemporary means of communications
and the changed times. This is an addition to the fact that devotees have
increased multifold.

The 'properties' which were mentioned by Sri Sainath to Sri
Gayathri Swami in a vision, pertain to the Name, the Gothra, the Sakthi, the
Jnana and the Lokasangraha Karma (see Page 79)

Viewed through the prism of meticulous analysis one finds that
there exists no parallax between the aforesaid proper ties of the two Sais. In
the ' Ashtotharasatha Namaratnamala', we reverentially utter 'Om Sri Shirdi
Saayi Abheda Sakthyavathaaraya Namah (Saluations to the Sai, the reincarnation
of Shirdi Sainath, their Sakthis being without difference)'. It has repeatedly
come to light that the worship offered at Shirdi has been accepted at Parthi
and the prayers made at Dwarkamayee have been answered by Sri Sathya Sai. An
old man used to perform ceremonial rites and offer prayers to the Sainath at
the Samadhi Mandir at Shirdi. He came to Parthi where Baba told him "I
like the sincerity of your worship but why do you ask men to help you. Ask
Me".

Shri Bapu Sahib Booty, who has built the Samadhi Mandir at Shirdi,
had planned to install the idol of Lord Krishna (his family deity). The permission
for the same was sought from Sainath, who granted it lovingly. As the construction
of the Mandir neared completion, Shirdi Sai was taken there to see it and to
concur the date and other details regarding the installation of the Krishna
idol and the inauguration of the Mandir. As Sri Sainath stood there exactly at
the spot of the present Samadhi, the following Divine words flowed forth from
His lips, "lt will be ME who will live here". It came to pass that
soon thereafter Baba attained Maha Samadhi and His mortal remains were interned
there and the idol that was finally installed was that of Shirdi Sainath.

The Krishna Idol had remained thus uninstalled at Shirdi. Sri Sainath in His reincarnation as Sathya Sai, has more than fully compensated for this. He has installed four Krishna idols at Prasanthi Mandir ( the present Dwarkamayi) one in the porch, one at the altar and two in the prayer hall. He has also installed two Muralidhar idols at Brindavan in Whitefield.
