- Copy of Boat Pro exams were available for viewing by the board members.
- Carl went over the minutes from the last meeting.
- Hebert said that the Boat Pro were given to several merchants in town; Kolesar didnot display them so the books were taken back, True Value had 2 out of the 7 books stolen, Marine Trader and Taws had about half of the books sold. He suggested that we should continue to sell them through Marine Trader and Taws. 8 books were handed over to Maureen and the sale to be handled by her.
- Letter was sent to Charlie Pryde suggesting that it is a good idea to invoice members on their birthdays.
- Carl called Harold Tombs at Headquarter regarding the proposal that the Boy Scouts be given the Boat Pro course at bare cost. Harold said that it is up to the discretion of the Squadron, but he also suggested that $25 be the bare minimum. Hebert suggested that some profit will help to offset the expenses of stolen books. Need to talk to Jack Darling.
- Hebert has the application forms for the boating certificate.
- Purchase order forms were handed over to Ron Hadwick.
- The first Boat Pro exam will be conducted next Tuesday, Jack will supervise.

The survey will be mailed out and to be returned by July 15. Hebert suggested that the "Piloting" and "Advanced Piloting" be listed as possible activities.
