Materials 3' - 3/4" CPVC pipe 3/4" CPVC coupler Pipe Primer and Cement Primer Paint Tools Torch (small one, don't need too much heat) Vise Drill Press Grinding Bit How To Step 1 measure in on the pipe about 6 inches, make a mark Step 2 Start heating up the pipe and bend it on the mark, only a slight bend not too drastick or the balls will break (try not to burn the pipe, [when you make black marks] or melt it for that matter) Step 3 Now measure another 6 inches from your last bend, make a mark Step 4 Heat the pipe up and bend it the opposite way of you last bend, still try not to burn the pipe Step 4 Look at the new barrel you've created and cut it on one end so there is only 2 inches from a bend to the end of the pipe, and cut the other end so there is 4 inches from a bend to the end of the pipe Step 5 Cement the coupler on the end that you cut to 4 inches. Step 6 Grind out the inside of the coupler that attaches to the original barrel of the gun Step 7 Prime and Paint |
