Painting |
There isn't much to paint on your Samurai, because it is mostly covered by a rubber material. The things that make most sence to paint are the fore grip covers, and the cocking handle. I painted mine black to match my barrel, and they look great. So I would suggest painting them the same color as your barrel, but you can paint them whatever color you feel completes the natural stylings of your gun. |
Materials: Fore Grip Covers Cocking Handle Primer Paint Clear Coat Tools: Masking Tape (about 3/4" wide) Utlity Knife and/or X-acto Knife How To: Step 1: Cover the Samurai logo on the right hand fore grip cover with masking tape. Then cover the part of the cocking handle that aren't on the outside of the gun, (so basically cover everything that you don't see on the outside of the gun). Step 2: Prime everything, at least one good coat.\ Step 3: Paint everything, at least so all the primer is covered up. Step 4: Put a clear coat on everything, so your paint doesn't come off, the (?)shinyness(?) is up to you. Step 5: Put everything back together and stare in amazement at how entirely cool your gun looks now. |
