Materials Tiger Shark Small All thread Epoxy something in a "U" shape (about 2ft. long) Body Filler Small Screw (about 3/8" long) Paint Primer Tools Wizzer (cutting disc) torch grinder 200 grit sand paper How To Step 1 Take apart the gun Step 2 Make the piece out of all thread that will be your new cocking arm. Click Here For A Drawing Step 3 Now, cut slots from your normal slots all the way to the back of the gun from where the original cocking arm screwed in. Step 4 Next epoxy the "U" shaped things over the slots, make sure they go the hole length of the body. Step 5 Put some more on the top of the gun (by the way the "U" shaped stuff should be about as tall as the sight rail.) continuing the sight rail to the front of the body, you may have to make some grooves for the feed port. Step 6 now the back of your gun should look like this: |
Step 7 now that you have everything in place and epoxied, you need the body filler, fill in the gap between the sight rail and the "U" shaped thing. Now it should look like this: Step 8 sand it all down smooth with 200 grit sand paper Step 9 Put the small screw in at an angle so it resticts how far back the cocking lever comes back, if it comes abck too far it will make the gun leak.
