Materials 12" of 3/4" CPVC pipe 1 - 3/4" CPVC coupler Fiberglass Insulation Plastic Bottle Pipe Cement Tools Dremel (With cutting wheel, and grinding bit) How To Step 1 See if pipe fits inside bottle, if it doesn't then grind away at the inside of of the hole until the pipe slides in. Step 2 Drill a hole in the bottom of the bottle directly accross from the original hole. let the pipe stick out of each hole about an inch, then cut off the access pipe. Step 3 Cut slots into the part of the pipe inside the bottle (take the pipe out to do this!) Do not drill holes, slots let more sound be absorbed. Step 4 stick the pipe back inside the bottle, then cut off the end of the bottle where you drilled the hole, stuff it full of fiberglass insulation, then hot glue it back together. Step 5 Cement pipe to coupler on the end of the bottle that you pour stuff out of. Step 6 Glue the other end of the pipe to the bottle. *NOTE* This will reduce the noise of the gun a lot, but it will also reduce the distance the paintball will travel. |
