RATING SYSTEM
COMPLETELY STUPID--this shouldn't even have the right to be called a sailormoon/anime website
TERRIBLE--needs a LOT of work
POOR--needs work but has potential
GOOD--somethings are wrong but there are some good things going there
IMPRESSIVE--the layout is really amazing but some links don't seem to work
PERFECT--don't change a thing. You can add things but your site is already great
