You may ask yourself 'why would a team bent on proving that the spiritual realm exsists or even that physical being can leave an impression on a field of energy, be at all interested in debunking legends?' Well the question simply answers itself.  We are team trying to prove that the world of the Paranormal exsists!!!

Manteca's Kelley Brother's Brewing Company-  Kelley Brother's recently moved into the old Cinema Theatre on Yosemite in Manteca.  According to the legends the theatre set fire during the film the Towering Inferno and fire men apparently died while trying to save patrons.  Now, the ghosts of the fire fighters haunt the newly renovate Kelley brothers. This legend is 1/4 right!!!  You see the theatre did set fire during the film The Towering Inferno, but, no one was killed.  Also, these "Ghostly" claims can be resolved simply by speaking to the owners are even vistiting the local Historical Society that actually holds some of the Theatres old remenants.  Manteca's Movie Theatre- The Movie theater on Yosemite has been rummored to have been haunted by people who deceased in a fire years ago.  Sound similar to the Kelley Bro's story?  Well, I believe that this Local Urban Legend started as a variation of Kelley Brothers story.  The Legend goes a little like this:  The first variation suggests that during the 1930's there used to be a drug store located in the same location as the Movie Theater is now.  The fire claimed two lifes.  The second variation suggests that the building that Movie theater used as a shell for renovations was subject to a fire and claimed two lifes.  Neither of them vary on how the haunting occurs though.  Supposedly, in the last theater you can hear banging on the wall and disembodied screams.  Sounds cool, no?  Unfortunately, with a little investigating I was able to uncover the history of the area.  There was no fire, infact before the shopping center went up the entire area was a Farm Land!  Much like most of Manteca's area was.
