place for the city of Dalair.  A statue carved out of wood stands silently on
a mound in the center of the plaza, surrounded by the dirty blankets of
kobold and orcish merchants noisily hawking their wares.  A small pen
contains loudly complaining livestock.  Streets lead to the north, south,
east and west.
