Transportation
If you don't know where you're going, there's no threat within the city. As the authorities along with the MMDA (Merto Manila Development Authority), are always on round for the security of the public. So it's practically better to travel by car or van if you really wanted to experience Quezon City at it's best.
Currently, two elevated light rail systems run through Quezon City. MRT 2 - at Aurora Blvd from New Manila until Loyola Heights. MRT 3 - at EDSA from Corinthian Garden until SM City North Edsa.
An elevated rail transit system will be built in the next few years. It will begin in Claro M. Recto Avenue in Manila, turning to Nicanor Reyes St (Morayta), turning to Espana and entering Quezon City by cutting through the entire stretch of Quezon Avenue. The route then curves with the arc of the Elliptical Road and into Don Mariano Marcos Highway (Commonwealth Avenue) and turns again at Regalado Highway, making its final stop at SM City Fairview in Lagro.
