She was born on the 27th of february 1964.she was a very energetic girl who loved sports.Like Elethu she was in the athletics team that won all major competitions in the region.In 1971 she started her primary education at st Anna primary school until the yearwhen I was born in 1977 when she completed her primary school.
She then did her secondary education at Minda Secondary School until 1984 th yearwhen Mvikeli was born in 1990 she suplemented the subjects that she had not done well at Pumula high School.The results she got earned her a place at Rio Tinto college of Agriculture where she studied acrop and animal husbandry.She did not write her exams at this college because my grand father who is her father passed away during the exam days.She then sat for her exam at Esigodini Agricultural College the following year. Siwulani was blessed with two sons Iphithulinkosi khuluza and one daughter who passed away.
