Delayed Outings

Occasionally trips are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, resulting in party members returning late. All walkers should let a friend/relative know the walk they are going on and an expected time of return.

A handy hint is to leave the Club Calendar which has the phone numbers of the committee members on the back with the friend/relative.

In case the friend/relative is worried about an unexpected delay in return he/she may ring one of the people below. Delays are uncommon and usually not serious. Friends/relatives should not ring before 9.00pm.
