Weezer are a power pop band from the american city of Los Angeles, they started sometime in 1992, and released their first album in 1994, they started the likes of blink 182, greenday, sum41 and a few other punk rock bands who became more famous in the absence of weezer between their pinkerton album in 1996 and their return with the green album in 2000, their first album "the blue album" was a bit hit in america and they became solid favourites with the collage goers all over the country with their blend of screaming guitars, powerful lyrics and geeky looks, in may 2002 their 4th album "maladroit" was released, and the hit singles "dope nose" and "keep fishin" which included an input with the muppets were introduced to the world, they are currently working on their 5th album, which should be released sometime soon... no name has been given as of yet, but there is also be a weezer dvd being released soon, hopefully 2004 will be weezers best year yet, sometimes i feel like the only weezer fan in the uk, but im sure there are plenty more out there! if there are any..please contact me at qos_wanderer@hotmail.com
