Joseph Delano
Hipolito is the eldest son of Alice Nicodemus. Jodel graduated in May 1999 with
a degree in entrepreneurial management at the University of Asia and the
Pacific. Jodel works with the company which is partly owned by his parents.
April Joy Reyes,
the daughter of Cesar Reyes, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics,
class I honors at the University of Sydney on March 2000. April received first
class in marketing. She is currently working with Telstra as Sales Development
Manager.
Kathryn Rose Veluya,
the eldest child of Rosie Amat, graduated cum laude in chemical engineering at
Lehigh University on June 2000. Kathy will start working as process engineer at
the Polymer division of Honeywell in July.
And of course the
main event!! Our very own Joni Jaca-Aguila completed her MA degree in pastoral
counseling at Loyola University in Chicago on May 2000. Upon graduation, Joni
will continue to take the required courses for pastoral licensing which she
expects to earn within one year. As
some of us knew Joni from high school days, she used to do friendly counseling
to her classmates. I for one sought Joni’s wisdom from time to time and I
believe that she will be a valuable contribution in the field of pastoral
counseling. As promised, Joni will be a part time contributor to our web site.
She will be writing on family counseling, the main focus of her future
profession. Joni currently works full time with the Illinois Department of
Employment Security as Public Service Administrator. As soon as she gets her
license she plans to work part time as pastoral counselor at a hospital.
Joni’s plans for the future are as bright as the summer sun. Our best wishes
and prayers are with you in every step you will take Joni!!!
