1. NAME AND PRINCIPLES

(a) The name of the Party shall be Canadian Reform Conservative Alliance, hereinafter referred to as the Alliance.

(b) The Principles of the Alliance are those set forth in "Schedule A" appended hereto which is incorporated into and forms a part of this Constitution.

(c) The Policies of the Alliance are those established through the Constitution process herein and set forth in the Canadian Reform Conservative Alliance Policy Declaration and the Policy Declaration Action Plan.

(d) The Objectives are to:
(i) build a national coalition of people who share these Principles and Policies and who reflect the, geographical cultural and socio-economic diversity of Canada;
(ii) develop this coalition, while embracing our differences and respecting our traditions, yet honouring a concept of Canada as a united nation being greater than the sum of its parts; and
(iii) provide an organizational framework within which Members can effect change, gather public support for its Policies and influence government through the election of Members of Parliament, for the betterment of Canada.
