What to Eat?

The chinese food is really delicious and cheap in ZhengZhou and you can find any taste you want. Usually people divide chinese food into two different kinds--Northen taste and Southen taste. The most famouse dish in Northen taste is "Hui noodle"; in Southen taste, everybody knows "shumai".

Because ZhengZhou city is located in north of China, most people like kind of salty, or hot food. In Northen taste of food, people usually cooking with soy sauce a lot, it also give the food a really nice color. Dampling and noodle or steamed meat are the commen dishes on people's dinner table. On the other hand, cooking in southen taste use surger very often. people who lives in south of China have a kind of sweet and light taste, they don't use much soy sause as we do. People usually cook many kinds of soup at home, and it takes three to four hours. Rice,noodle soup and sea food are the common dishes in southen taste.
