Computer Art "Fractal Painter" Assignment

My cowasaur! Isn't he jsut so cute? Yeah, I know. "But Jason, it has an udder. Shouldn't it
be a female? And if it were male, wouldn't it be a bullasaurus?" Well, NO! First off, if you
listen to his voice, he's definately a he. Second, this is a prehistoric creature, from a time
before udders were forced to choose only one sex and to stick with it. Udders used to be
free-range roving creatures, hitching a ride when necessary, but evolution did them in.
I've been drawing cowasauruses for a while now, and I wanted to make something cartoonish for
this project, so there it went. Fractal Design Painter has some neat texture and tool options,
some of which were used to make this cow.
It (the picture that is) was later used in a ~30 second animation which was also done for this
class. Basically, a stick person is drawn onto paper, gets up, paints this picture, and then
is devoured by it. Most amusing. The guy rubs out the little face on the mountain because a
girl in my class thought it was "too freaky". That face, by the way, was left over from when
I was trying to remember how to properly draw the cow's nose. It was too cute to erase.
