Cheesy Dip

2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup (1 oz) Parmesan
1/2 tsp pepper
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 (8 oz) block, cream cheese, soft
1/2 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (optional)

Preheat to 350.

Mix 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tbsp Parmesan, pepper,  and next 5 ingredients in bowl, stir to blend. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tbsp Parmesan on top.

Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and a little brown on top. Serve with chips.
