Pie Crust
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup Crisco
1/4 cup water

Cut shortening into flour and salt.  Add water and knead until dough forms.  Divide into two parts.  Dust surface with flour and roll out one part into a thin crust.  Repeat with other part.  Fill with your favorite filling and bake.

Makes 2 crusts (one top and one bottom).
