Pot Pie
From newspaper, also probably Bisquick cookbook

1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400.  Stir vegetables, turkey, and soup in ungreased 9 inch pie plate.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended.  Pour into pie plate.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 6 sevings.

****I used turkey after Thanksgiving (gotta use up those leftovers!) and it was wonderful.***
