Equal Pay- It's what we deserve!

I never understood it, I never liked it. All the years that I have been alive to the currant day women have been paid consistantly less than their male counterparts who often slack on their jobs far worse than woman who bust their chops working day after day to keep everything running! Now I'm not saying all men are imcompetent slobs- only that there are quite a few out there... and I guess there are some women that don't do their jobs either but, we hear so little about them! I hate it. I mean the very words this nation was built on ".....that all men are created equal...." is such a sham. If that were true we'd be paid equally! I want a job that will pay me on my quailifications, skill, and work load, and not on my gender. We are NOT of a weaker gender, we can do whatever the men do for jobs!! And we do it quite well if I may say so myself. So stand up be counted, let the public know--Women need to be treated with better pay. Hypothetically speaking if all the women with jobs in America refused to go to work tomarrow this country would be in serious trouble! I mean there goes people of every job, doctors, bussiness women, bankers, tellers, nures, secrataries, teachers, day care workers, writers, movie stars, even some people in government... So if you are a boss of a bussiness of your own pay you're women well or else you'll be loosing them. I for one am not going to stand for such a disquilifying degrading rule. It's time to ban the old boys club, who is with me?
