SYNOPSIS

Austin, a desperate car thief, is getting a lot of pressure from Crippler Summers, to deliver a car to his dismantling garage or face the consequences. Austin seizes the opportunity and steals a medical vehicle belonging to a mental institution. Problems arise when unbeknownst to Austin, riding in the backseat is Jack "The Tarkan", a dangerous mental patient who suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder. After much confusion and a very peculiar ride, the decision Austin faces is whether to let the unpredictable Tarkan free and then deliver the car to Summers, or to abandon the vehicle and try his luck elsewhere, running the risk of being unable to deliver on time.
