Huthunic is a dangerous deity often strenghtened by the actions of those who do not follow his faith. Torn by unfocused hatred, he is nontheless a quiet, patient power who relishes the inner turmoil that he stirs in unwitting souls. Many who would seem unlikely candidates to embrace his philosophies have succumbed to his tenets of hatred, loathing, and revenge, and have thus been brought into his fold.

The Accursed One is the son of Ankaris and Ul'ty. Ul'ty attempted to sway her son from Ankaris' lawful doctrine, for which Huthunic has never forgiven her. The Accursed one is not liked by the other deities, and has no association with any of his siblings save Alchenda. huthunic once sought Motara's favor, but the Warrior scorned his advances and Huthunic immediately responded to the rejection with characteristic anger. Huthunic appears as a hooded, black-robed humanoid whose face is obscured by shadow. Common titles for Huthunic are are the Accursed One, Father of Hate, Master of Retribution, and Lord of Revenge.

Huthunic's clergy are ingenious manipulators and instigators, capable of agitating and worsening volatile situations with explosive results. They masterfully misrepresent and distort truths to misguide the unwitting to do what Huthunic commands. They delight in tormenting individual insecurities until the weaknesses fester and ultimately corrupt the victim's soul.

Furious, rioting crowds fueled by misinformation. False secrets whispered behind closed doors. Murder committed by the hands of an innocent. All this and more are the work of the priests of the Accursed One.
