Role: Lhuramni is the strongest power of love and healing among the major deities. She is the patron of lovers and the guardian of goodly-aligned fledgling communities, and she helps pioneers in newly settled regions. She is seen as a defender of the weak, a warrior against strife and hardship, and the mother of new civilizations. Lhuramni encourages marriage within her flock, promotes goodwill amongst her followers, and stresses strong communities.
The Protector is the daughter of Vendaneran and Kaichea. She is close to her father, but her relationship with Kaichea is distant. Lhuramni is the mother of Delundar and Felicityn, sons of Gadaru, and of Whogam, the daughter of Zandaron.
In her protective role, Lhuramni appears as an elderly female, advanced in years but quick in wit and body. She wears worn robes of blue and white, and carries a gnarled walking staff. The staff, when drawn across the ground, creates furrows ready for crop planting. As the patron of romance, Lhuramni appears as a beautiful and alluring young maiden. Her robes remain blue and white, but are sheer and silken. She is a gentle, teasing mistress, but she always encourages deep, committed relationships. Lhuramni is reluctant to engage in battle, but if required, the Protector wears plate armor and wields a greatsword. Common titles for Lhuramni are the Protector, Benevolent Mother, Mistress of Love, and Bringer of Childbirth.
Lhuramni's priests diligently work to strengthen communities and establish new settlements, and are often found at the border of civilized lands. They are sworn to help all in need and seek to spread the loving word of Lhuramni.
Major temples of Lhuramni thrive in most goodly-aligned cities and towns. But the greatest work of Lhuramni is accomplished in the small chapels and shrines that flourish in the many tiny communities and settlements taking root at the border of untamed wilderness.
