based on “The Cowboy Code” by Gene Autry

A paladin must never take unfair advantage of an enemy.

She must never go back on her word, or betray a trust confided in her.

She must always tell the truth.

She must always be gentle with children, the elderly, and animals.

She must not possess racially or religiously intolerant ideas.

She must help people in distress.

She must be a good worker.

She must keep herself clean in thought, speech, action, and personal habits.

She must respect her parents, and her nation’s laws.

A paladin is a patriot.
