Hi "radfactory"
I was surfing geocities and checked out your site at
geocities/radfactory. I have a good friend with a really similar
site, and I passed your url along to her. Have you ever seen a
weblog? I was noticing your writing style, and I think the weblog
format might really work well for you. I just started one
recently, and I am actually thinking of dumping my homepage in
favor of just having the weblog, since I'm enjoying it so much
more than maintaining my homesite. Anyway, I really just wanted
to say thanks for an interesting site!
Come visit!

Just getting my copy the "Slaves To The World" CD and it is very nice. The "Stinky Fishes" reminds of when my wife is make sushi at home! But is OK because after sushi I dance with her on "Gladiator Waltz" for really good times! My children also liking th
"Swing Low" at bed time because is so long and it make them sleepy! But best is of "Negroes Polka" because I make pee whenever I laugh on it! Please keep to making good musics for us!

I must say the most "musical" RF release to date. don't know if RF purists will appreciate the in-tune instruments and spot-on rhythms, but maybe a new audience will develop. it could be like pink floyd before and after "dark side".
Presumably "hydrated man" is about me, could only understand snippets of lyrics, "pioneer woman" ,"waterboy" etc, but sounds good. Who is the guy speaking on "Idiophile" about getting rid of his entire audio setup ? (Al Kessell in Wisconsin)
Because he can't make it go? (Daz right)! Reddi-Whip Trip sounds like the dubs were
made on an old reel-to-reel without sel-sync, except that the time delay by which some of the guys miss the beat seems to vary. i like it though. (Actually we inhaled 3 cans of Reddi-Whip before recording this one...)
I may even force Sandy to listen to this one......KT

Wow an RF release the wife can listen to?
What is the world coming to.
My kids are the RFs biggest Indiana fans - they love that vegtable medly
on coconut monkeyheads. Matter of fact, they wrote a set of lyrics on
their own "Dont take away my meat meat meat' They die so I can eat eat
eat So all Gods creatures big and small get up against the Waaaaalllll
!!!"

I just got "30 yrs of Moon Tang" by RF in the mail and took it to work.
only had time so far to sneak in and listen to REDDI WHIP TRIP, HYDRATED
MAN, AND part of 30 YEARS OF WALKING ON THE MOON. either the JBL's enhance
sonic quality more than any speaker ever made, or the addition of Sheridan
on bass has added a "musical" quality to RF. full review after i get to
hear it in more relaxed surroundings.

So I ups and says to this guy, I says, "Alice, Who be these RF goits and whats their music sound like?" He begins to retch and gag, reaches into his locker and hands me a CD. Says, "*ulp* Here is their s-s-s-stuff *gag*. I don't want it back."So I chucked
it into my work 'puter and gave a listen. I heard something that sounded like a prolonged train wreck in a charnel house and says to myself, "Self, there has to be a better use for this, seein' as how it ain't music, nohow." So I loaded my shotgun with 7
/2 shot and put the disc in the clay-pidgeon flinger. When I pulled the string it was pure poetry. Like shooting a tinfoil titmouse. The neat part is, you can shoot it repeatedly; the shot just scuff it a little. Hurry up, boys, make another release. I ne
d another disc so I can shoot doubles.

DUET OR DIE! shows the true potential of the Radiation Factory. There were many great ideas expressed on this CD. They had fun with a lot of great songs and I really liked a lot of the new lyrics. But it seems like this group operates a lot like Technicar
did in that it rushes their product into production before it is finished and refined. I know that Total Quality Management has been surpassed by a Value-Based Management system at Picker/Marconi, but I think the group could benefit from using the old Co
tinuous Quality Improvement Process (CQIP)--especially the the "Evaluate Results" and "Recycle" steps. After I study the DUET OR DIE! liner notes some more, I may make a second Guestbook entry to make my favorite tracks known. One more item: I suppose the
e is a legal reason why the name of the original song/artist is not listed on the liner notes, but it would be nice if some clues could be given.

DUET OR DIE ! Wow, I actually liked this one. As a matter of fact it's THE ONLY RF cd's I could listen to. That's because these guys had nothing to do with the music. I did however think that "Millenium Pie" could have been deleted from the disk. But as a
ways they ignore me when I tell them to TURN IT DOWN too!
Overall their greatest effort since "Minimum Wage Garde'" which they didn't do the music for either.......

Aural Taste...excellent sound check. Found that my DVD player was not capturing the true Baritone vibrato of Dean's voice on "The Disorderly Orderly " Even MY Solo crooning CD
came to life as well.

Wow,
The "Aural Taste, Rad Burns" CD really helped me locate a BUZZ at the hifh frequency tones at 10Khz & higher. Turned out to be those chincey headphones on my CD Walkman. I'm on my way out to buy a new pair as we speak.
ONE THING THOUGH ! WHAT DOES "AURAL TASTE RAD BURNS" REALLY MEAN ? IS THERE SOME HIDDEN MEANING TO LIFE IN THIS TITLE OR WHAT !??

Beak and Bill,
I listened to my "AURAL TASTE, RAD BURNS" CD yesterday on my
computer at work and on my truck's stereo. The computer and/or
speakers and/or headphones were not able to reproduce some
of the frequencies and I guess my truck couldn't either (but it
certainly did a much better job). I was surprised to hear how
phase affects sound, so I actually learned something. Even though
it is a diagnostic tool, I found it entertaining. I especially
liked the part where the cannon shots blew out my speakers!

d) being our only roadie and photographer this band has ever had.
P.S. don't feel bad, none of us fit in our
T-Shirts anymore. We plan on re-issueing them in XXXLarge with a built in drool bib and matching skid proof diaper.

Hey TOM! Who gave you permission to digitize and print my photos on this website??? You didn't even give me CREDIT for the photos! WTF, Over? I may not have played in the band (this night) but without these photos, this whole thing would just be a blurr i
your mental time warp! You better update your site,,, BUDDY!
I will remember Mr.Brown's forever! I'll never forget the Men's room! The urinals were completely ripped off the wall and you had to piss in a pile of "railroad rocks" heaped up on the floor against the wall. Hell, it was like pissing ON the RR tracks! T
en there was the SINK! All that was left of the sink was the drain pipe trap coming out of the wall suspending a small chunk of the porcelan attached to the actual sink drain. The sink itself was SHATTERED into millions of tiny (rail road rocks). I've see
MAIL BOXES that have survived beter than that sink!
Yep, MR. Brown's, the RadFact's FIRST and LAST real gig! What a GREAT place to Debut! I'll bet Mr. Browns has been gone not long after that famous night! BULLDOZED to make way for something new. Something as mundane as parking lot or a White Castle, or m
ybe a used car lot!
I still have my RadFact T-Shirt but it doesn't fit anymore... time has moved on, so have I.
