Mr. John Doyle of Atlanta, GA

John Doyle is known throughout a large portion of the United States and Canada as the voice of Audichron USA time, temperature and weather services. Heard by millions of callers each day, John's voice give the correct time, temperature and weather forecast, telephone intercept messages, and occasionally wake-up calls.
John has worked for ETC for over 25 years as a professional announcer. He records personalized announcements for financial institutions, telephone companies, hospitals and many other types of business and organizations.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, John grew up in Statesville, North Carolina where his parents now live. He received a broadcasting scholarship and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor of science degree in radio, television, and motion picture production arts.
Upon graduation, John went to work for WSB radio in Atlanta, Georgia in the field of announcing and producing. Particularly talented at narration, John has done films for Lockheed Aircraft, AT&T, and IBM plus presentations for state and national parks and various religious organizations.
John currently announces the weather for WGCL-TV, Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he was seen on The Weather Channel and Atlanta's WSB-TV and WAGA-TV.
John's hobbies include computers, high-fidelity production work, dabbling in photography, chess, and the guitar. In addition, he likes reading poetry and literature and listening to good music.
