THREE METHODS FOR COPY AND PASTE

Method One: Edit

· Highlight the text to copy

· Click on edit

· Click on copy

· Go to new location or document for paste and click to position the cursor in the desired location

· Click on edit…paste

· The selected text is now pasted to the desired location

Method Two: Keyboard Shortcuts

· Highlight text to copy

· On the keyboard press Ctrl and C (this copies the selected text)

· Go to new location or document for paste and click to position the cursor in the desired location

· On the keyboard press Ctrl and V

· The selected text is now pasted into the new location

Method Three: Right Click

· Highlight text to copy

· Place mouse pointer on the selected text and click on the RIGHT mouse button

· A shortcut menu will pop up

· Click on copy

· Go to new location or document for paste and click to position the cursor in the desired location

· RIGHT click

· A shortcut menu will pop up

· Click on paste

· The selected text is now pasted into the new location
