How to submit Quarter 4 and Semester grades in May

 

Set up classes from the 400 (refer to the specific details your  packet)

  1. Start the grade program
  2. Click on Cancel.
  3. Click on File…New Gradebook  Click on next.  .
  4. Choose Create using class rosters click on next. Click on next again.
  5. Click on the Down Arrow and select Integrade Pro on the I:\ drive
  6. Double click on the Integrade folder
  7. Double click on the building number
  8. Double click on your last name
  9. Double click on the file name
  10. Do not change your name, but give yourself a password.  Click on create.

 

Type in Quarter 4 and Semester grade

 

  1. Select the End of Term spreadsheet Quarter 4.
  2. Type in the letter grade the student received (1, 2+, 3-, 2, etc)
  3. Select the End of Semester spreadsheet
  4. Type in the letter grade the student received for the semester.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each class.
  6. Click on Files and Save Gradebook.
  7. Click on File and export grades.
  8. Follow the on-screen directions.

 

If you need to leave the room with your grades open, you can lock the workstation so that you don’t need to log in each time.

 

To Lock a workstation

 

  1. Hold down CTRL + ALT + del
  2. Click on lock workstation

 

To Unlock a workstation

 

1.       Hold down CTRL + ALT +del

2.     Type in your password
