1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on AutoCorrect.
3. Select the tab Autoformat as You Type.
4. Click in the circle next to Automatic
Numbered List, and/or Automatic Bulleted List.
5. Click on OK.

1. Highlight the text to be put in columns.

columns. You might want to select full
justify (or spread the text evenly across the line) to spread the text evenly
like a newspaper. Highlight the text,
then click on the icon to justify.

6. Find insert frame, click and hold and drag

7. This will add a button to the tool bar.

insert frame, click and hold and drag to the word format on the top tool bar
7. Keep holding while you drag down to the
word frames and then release. This will
put the insert frame command in the format menu under the frames option. You may put this button anywhere that is
convenient for you.
1. Right Click on the graphic
2. Choose Format picture
3. Select the picture tab.
4. In the box to the right of Color: you will
see “automatic”.
5. Click the right down arrow to the right.
6. Select Water mark.
7. Next, you need to tell the program that you
want the graphic to be under the text.
To do this, click on the graphic to select.
8. Then, on the little menu bar that appears,
select the icon that has a dog on it (text wrapping).
9. Select Behind the text. (If this does not
work the first time, try it again.)
