The Celtic Shaman's Pack, by John Matthews
published by Element, ISBN 1-85230-481-2.
They are not in any way based on the Tarot, rather, each card contains a different symbol or figure from Celtic myth or legend. They lean a bit toward the Welsh, but there's some Irish mixed in as well. I find them excellent to work with, although they might have more meaning if you're already familiar with the stories.

The Celtic Book of the Dead by Caitlin Matthews
published by St. Martin's Press, ISBN 0-312-07241-4.
This deck is based on the legend of the voyage of Maelduin, who traveled by sea to the Otherworld and back, and each card represents a different island in the Otherworld that they encountered on their journey. This is a good deck and a good system, but it's complex, and would take time to learn in order to get really good at it.

The Celtic Oracle by Nigel Pennick and Nigel Jackson
published by HarperCollins, ISBN 1-85538-132-X.
Like the John Matthews deck, this is based on various themes and legends from Celtic myth, especially Welsh. I haven't worked with these as extensively so I can't give you an opinion on them; if anyone else is familiar with them, please let us know how they work.

Celtic Heritage by Alwyn and Brinley Rees
pub. Thames and Hudson, ISBN 0-500-27039-2.
A description of the Irish four directions (that is, the four
historical/legendary divisions of Ireland -- five if you count the center) This is an excellent book on Celtic mythology and its possible religious functions, I highly recommend it.

Spirits of the Sacred Grove by Emma Restall Orr
published by HarperCollins, ISBN 0-7225-3596-1.
This isn't a guide to how to practice Druidry, rather, it's an account of her personal experiences as a Druid priestess.
