The Second Coming of

Twenty yahren ago, a rag tag fleet of survivors set out on a quest to find the lost Thirteenth Tribe headed toward a planet known to Commander Adama as Earth.
The Second Coming finds once young, vital warriors now older, wiser, carrying on without their spiritual leader, Adama.  Now, they must trust the fleet to the skills of their children....
As Richard speaks of these young warriors, he calls them the generation born in space.  They have never seen their home planets, they know only the walls of the many ships they travel with and the void of space.  Now, it is they who must battle their relentless enemy.
Actor Jack "Bojay" Stauffer talks about the original cast being older actors and reprising their roles after over twenty years.  He speaks about the emotions that are realized as they must now send their own daughters and sons out to defend them as Adama, Tigh, and Cain sent out young Apollo, Bojay, Sheba, and Starbuck to save the fleet from constant danger.
One can remember the look on the face of Commander Adama when his youngest son, Zac (played by Rick Springfield), is killed just short of the fleet.
.One of the elements that may thrill audiences in
The Second Coming is watching our favorite characters dealing with the emotions of raising and teaching this generation born in space to see them triumph or loose their lives in space.......

Paying close attention to Richard's ideas, actor and long-time friend, Jack Stauffer, jokingly promises fans that HIS character - Captain Bojay - will not be replaceable!!! He says, with a wide smile, that Bojay will not be lost in space, left for dead on a deserted planet, die from an unknown space disease, or be blown up.....HE WILL BE IN A SAFE PLACE! (like the freezer??? :-))
We're glad, Jack, because we all loved Captain Bojay....and we all want to hear you say more than one line!!!

Sadly, veteran actor, John Colicos, passed away before he could see the dream that means so much to fans and project director Richard Hatch come true.
Reprising his deliciously evil role as Baltar, the traitor of the Human Race, John worked willingly with Richard in any way he could.  He was a talent that fans will sorely miss - or will we?
Other actors such as Lorne Greene and Lloyd Bridges have also been lost in death. We will all fondly remember them as our heroes.
Well known actors like Richard Lynch, Terry Carter, and possibly Patrick McKnee may be available for reprising roles.  As a matter of fact, Richard Lynch made an appearance in the "
Second Coming" Trailer.

The enemy who takes a licking and keeps on ticking - The Cylons - they have gotten stronger, bigger, meaner........Will the Galactica survive another head-on clash with them?

Scores of talented CGI artists, award winning camera men, and special effects wizards have worked with Richard and his team to create the best four minutes that this writer has ever seen.  Thrilling new footage of Galactica...the first new footage seen in over twenty years...is shown by Richard Hatch to audiences at Sci-fi conventions as he appears all over the US and Canada (Toronto this summer).  CGI artists like Steve Parady and Mike McAdams have loved and supported Battlestar Galactica for as long as they can remember.  Steve remembers its conception and watched the mini series when it aired in 1978.  Read more about the talents of these men in our Rag Tag Fleet Fan Magazine - September Issue. DON'T MISS IT!
