Chapter 1:
Seven Year Itch
Talking Stick Circle
This is a full length novel by Peg Robinson (SNW I & II) and Macedon (multitudinous publications)
It stands as "THE" standard for AU Trek! "Kit" was named in homage to that story.
The story is so phenomenal. It was the first fanfic I ever read and remains one of my
very favorites. The link will take you to Macedon site and you will be able to access the
story from there.

Though It Were 10,000 Miles
This is one of the loveliest 'Resolutions' story I've found. It is celebrated in
the image of the stars painted on the ceiling in Chakotay's bedroom. The story is
as poetic as the Burns poem the author, EJ Andrews, quotes.

Chapter 2:
Peekaboo, I See You
Just Plain Mean
Ya know, I can ignore or take with a grain of salt anything TPTB come up with....
but I just can't ignore the Monkee.
O.F., this chapter...nay...the whole darn series is HER fault!
Chapter 3:
:Three's a Crowd
2 eppys, maybe 3
The inspiration for this chapter came from the freer, gentler Kathryn portrayed in both
'Resolutions' and 'Workforce I and II. It was fun to extrapolate a parallel development for
Chakotay, as well. This is being written prior to the episode stranding Chakotay and Seven
on a deserted planet and is my preemptive strike against the dastardly idea of C/7 foisted upon
us by the hack writers and TPTB.
Take a look in "Soapy Snapshots" and see if Seven has a point in Chap. 3.

Chapter 4:
:Talk the Talk
Voyager Episode: Timeless
This woman has always been a mystery to me.
Why did TPTB create this character? Why on earth did she constantly look so ...pleasant?
What ever motivated her to agree to this? |
Rescued Life
YCD, in "Rescued Life", has written the most moving 'reason'
I've read so far. As an added bonus, stick around and peruse her site.
Not only is her work presented, but a number of other fine writers, as well.
Chapter 5:
: Walk the Walk
A Winter's Tale
I can write dialog up the kazoo, but writing the setting, making a place come alive has always
been difficult for me. If I have made any progress here at all it is do to this woman. Ragpants
is incredible at taking one into another world. One can even feel the textures of her places, the
smells, the sounds. This is one of my favorite stories of all time, by any author.

Stones Untruned
One of the loviest things about writing fanfic is the sharing and occasional collaboration
one writer does with another. The stones in this collaboration by monkee and nanda, moved me so that I
felt compelled to write about rocks myself, in homage to that story.
This also reminds me of one of my favorite eppys, Sacred Ground. Remember when asked what she
was holding, Janeway intoned, "A stooooonnnnnneeeee." LOL, I love Mulgrew. What a voice.
