Nelvana is the dubbing company of Cardcaptor Sakura. They are responsible for all the changes made to Cardcaptor Sakura, thus making the product Cardcaptors. Many fans are more than disappointed in the horrible dubbing of CCS, but the episode ordering in the U.S. was caused by Kids WB and their "sexist" ways.
