Hendrick Emanuel Misso born 1810 and died 1868. Head Clerk, Civil Engineer and Commisioner Of Roads Department, married in St Lucia's Church, Colombo. Sri Lanka (Ceylon) 1839, Anna Merciana KELAART. (1823-1874). Daughter of Gerrit Christiaan Kelaart and Engeltina Cornelia Van LANGENBERG.
