Meet all our mascots
Our masscotsHere are our unit mascots - our travellers Paul the baby seal and Paula Bear the Polar Bear with our resident mascots, Christine Bear, who is a venerable old lady, Flossie our little camp mascot and Russell, a Beanie Bear who really does rustle!
Our latest travelling mascot is Jack, so called because of the pattern on his vest and the soles of his feet. Here he is with his new friend Trevor the Tiger, one of the mascots who visited us from the USA in the summer.

We try to give all our visitors a good time - here are Cedars the monkey and Trevor the Tiger at camp, along with our old hand at camping, Flossie. Flossie travels all over with us - she has been to Switzerland, France and Wales with the Guides as well as to every camp we have ever done.

Our mascots' schedules are full until well into 2000, but if you would like
to arrange to host one them later, just click here and we will see if we can
sort something out. There are some links to other mascot sites on our
"Links" page, but if you haven't got a mascot to exchange with us, why not
join in with our Virtual Mascot Programme?

We are very sad to report that both Paul the Baby Seal and Jack have been declared MIA. We think Paul made it as far as Arizona, but from there the trail has gone cold, and we have completely lost track of Jack. If you have seen a little lost seal and a bewildered polar bear wearing a Union Jack waistcoat, please can you send them home to us!!

Happily, Paula Bear DID make her way home again (minus her journal) so we have decided to retire her to spend a leisurely life with us, going on our trips and camps.

But are we disheartened? NO!! We have bought a NEW mascot to travel the world next season! You can see him on his very own page - we will be arranging his travels differently, so if you want to see him and perhaps arrange to host him, go and have a look at John's Page.
