The very first rose to receive the prestigious award as the world's favorite rose some 20 years after it swept up most of the world's other coveted awards. The rugged, leathery foliaged plant bears huge, yellow shaded roses with a pink edge that are particularly long lasting. Although occasionally plagued by blackspot it is so vigorous it will easily outgrow it.
