Bean Burgers
You'll need:
- 2 c refried beans (or 1 can)
 - 1 c cooked brown rice
 - 1 c bread crumbs
 - 1/4 c seeds- I use sunflower, but you could try a different kind if you want.
 - 1 c oats
 - 1/4 c soy sauce
 - Grated carrots (bout 1/2 c) if you want. I leave them out because I hate carrots.
 - 1/4 tsp oregano
 - 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 
Mix everything up into a sticky mess.  Make patties, about 7 or 8, and freeze if you want to. Try to keep them from touching, but usually a few end up sticking together.  Just put in micro. for few secs and pull apart. When ready to eat them, put in microwave for about 3 min. flipping once, or in oven for about 20 min, turning over once. Put whatever you want on it, and eat. yum.
