Herbal Healing

Acne:  Get wheat berries for sprouting from you local health food store.  Soak the berries in pure water for a day.  Strain the berries, drink the water.  Continue the cleansing drink once a day as long as the acne continues.

Lavender vinegar lotion:  Steep together four ounces of apple cider vinegar, one ounce of lavender flowers, and one ounce of rosemary flowers.  Discard the flowers after twenty days.  Dilute with eight parts of pure water and use as a cleansing lotion.

Age Spots:  Mix fresh lemon juice and buttermilk and apply carefully with a cotton ball.  Both buttermilk and lemon are mild skin bleaches.  Wash off the application and pat oil on the skin to soften and prevent drying.

Ear infections:  Combine equal parts of  apple cider vinegar and rubbing alcohol in a small jar.  After showering or swimming, dip a cotton swab into the mixture, and carefully dab the outside of the canal.  Then tilt your head, aching ear side up, and let the mixture work its way into the ear.  It will help the water evaporate and prevent itching that comes with swimmers ear.

Hair loss: A pint of boiling water to a handful of a mixture of walnut leaves, mullein leaves, and sage.  Allow to cool and massage into scalp once a day with a cotton ball.

Cover one or two agrimony roots with water and boil them until the roots are soft.  Carefully strain out the roots.  Add a shot glass of cognac and the juice of one onion.  Rinse your hair with the mixture once a day to control hair loss and soften hair.

Toothache:  Dip one or more chamomile teabags into boiling water to release its oils.  Let cool enough to touch.  Apply the teabag to the tooth or gum to relieve pain.  Repeat as often as necessary.
