The Horse and His Boy


During the Golden Age of Narnia when Peter is High King, other great things are happening in other lands. When Shasta, a young fisher's son overhears his father planning to sell him, and also revealing that he is not his father, Shasta decides to run away. After discovering that the man who was planning on buying him owned a talking horse who was also trying to run away, they set off together in search of Narnia and the North. Along the way, they join with another run away on another talking horse. Together, the four sneak their way to the great city of Tashbaan, where they discover an evil plan to conquer Narnia. It is now up to Shasta and his friends to cross the desert and save Narnia and the North. Shasta not only finds the North, but his real father, and identity.
