Re: Color of Stain

The color of the pews in St. Peters Chapel can be matched, on most ordinary lumber store soft woods, by a half-and-half mix of MinWax Early American and MinWax Red Mahogany. You may have to vary the proportions a bit one way or the other depending on the exact type of wood. If you’re using hard woods, you’re on your own.
