E indicates an endemic not usually found outside of the Southern African Region. This region is bordered by the Kunene in the West, the Northern Border of Namibia and the Zambezi River to the East.

NE are near endemics which have a distribution which extends into neighbouring countries such as Angola, Zambia, Northern Mocambique and Malawi.
