RESEARCH:
1999-2000

University of Minnesota: June 1999 - present

Exploring the impacts of various terminal electron accepting processes on PCE degradation in a mixed anaerobic culture. A hydrogen sensor is used for determination of the amount of hydrogen utilized with the different terminal electron acceptors, and an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) probe to measure redox potential and correlate the various values to hydrogen consumption.
