it's fucking BRILLIANT! I'm not even a third of the way through it yet and I can tell you already it's just...criminal to not hear this.

got about four hours, on and off, of sleep on staff duty last night. Go me! I am finally going to the botanical gardens today instead of crashing like I did after duty on monday. Pictures to follow. I think I just might hit the ocean sometime today too. 

I *just now* found out that D is returning to Oki early..."long story" is all his email said. I hope it's nothing too horribly wrong.

i saw a shooting star last night and then i read her entry about wishing on a star. Coincidences upon coincidences...I used to wish on the stars with all might. Less than one month.
