I said yesterday *what* about chess with Eric? Well that opportunity presented itself...just got home actually...but I'm still here--it's short, bear with me.

He's got a cute roomate there at his apartment (woman..no i didn't suddenly go gay--I room wit a woman, can't other men?)

Anyway Eric came over a few days and I showed off my precious jewel of a DAT system...talked music and he and noticed my u2 DAT I got for jen, so he mentioned amber was a huge u2 fa...hmmm...I"m making a dubb for Jen anyway, might as well make another fan a copy...tape won't see a whole of playing methinks I thought (which actually, I dunno 'bout now...it's a cool tape somewhat)...good practice tweaking around with the EQ and running tape flips, etc...(hey jen I think I can fit the whole show on one 110 tape...maybe...)...wanted to give it to her tonight after playing chess with "E man" but she went to sleep already (11PM?)...left it with eric to give to her...wonder if she'll notice the url on the "scratch" paper I wrote on to indicate dates n/ such... ;)

She looked *really* cute tonight when I walked through the door...be nice to get to know her a bit at least--she's in graphical design so there's something to be gained from talking with her...everyone you meet is a potential learning experience you know...some people you learn more from than others--these are usually people we call good friends or harsh enemies...if you only open your mind a little...art is always worth talking about...

Oh, the game? A Draw...but an exciting game nonetheless...

Walked Christa partway home after class today...huugged again, jeesh what is this journal, the hug watch? I feel myself slipping into a remake of that diary out there, the one abou the guy looking for a girlfriend..."My diary of finding a girlfriend" is the title methinks? something like that...

Started with Amy, then Jen, then Christa, now Amber? I dunno. Maybe I'll not hear back from her again, I dunno...the EQing was off and phasing in a couple of places on that u2 dubb I made tape, so I didn't wanna give it to jen...what else was i gonna do with it? I don't really lose anything outta the deal...It's not really bad, but I'd rather give a friend a cleaner dubb, especially since jen's the one paying for her blank tape...

So, um, I think Christa liked my essay for 406. I liked hers, it was warmer and more personally giving than mine was...and I think that's maybe what we were supposed to do? No-one really knows whats goin on in that class...
